Before
Where they started
Adrian was selling showers for about $6,000, quoting line item by line item and spending evenings typing up quotes and hoping they’d be accepted. Customers would try to work his price down.
What changed
What they did with Jerry
- 1
A packaged shower, one price
Jerry and Adrian added up everything that really goes into a shower and built it into one package - tile, plumbing fixtures, shower door and a niche or bench - at roughly double the old price. Adrian was nervous, so they tested it on Facebook first. Nobody pushed back on the price; people only doubted it could be done that fast.

Price on the marketing, not in the follow-up
Because customers knew the price before he arrived, there were no price objections. Upgrades go up from the package, never down. “I increased my price by 100% and I’m getting more jobs and closing them at a higher percent.”
- 3
A priced showroom
Every supplier and competitor told him not to put prices on the showroom. He did it anyway - and noticed that, while only half the showroom was tagged, customers bought almost only the priced products. He estimates it lifted shower and floor sales 30-40%.

Video that costs nothing
Jerry pushed him to “shoot the damn video.” Adrian’s content now brings in business without paid ads, discounts or 0% financing gimmicks - people tell him they see him everywhere.
“It’s crazy. I increased my price by 100% and I’m getting more jobs and closing them at a higher percent.”
“If you don’t do it, you’re making a mistake. For me, I was able to make it right back in a month.”
